Job Description

We are looking for an A+ Janitor to add as part of our team in carrying out cleaning, maintenance and security duties 3 days per week. Let our team support you in your part time endeavor and reaching your goals. Pay is WEEKLY ! This job has 2 locations: Must have a valid Driver's License & Personal Transportation. Location 1 : North Suffolk
  • Zip Code 23453. This building is completed on Tuesday and Friday evenings from 4:30
  • 8:30 Location 2: Downtown Portsmouth
  • Zip Code 23704. This building is completed on Saturday mornings from 8/9
  • 10/11AM.
Responsibilities / Qualifications
Must be a strong cleaner with experience doing janitorial/custodial work for office buildings. Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.) Perform and document routine maintenance activities Carry out cleaning tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs on any equipment Stock and maintain supply rooms Follow all health and safety regulations Reliability and dependability is a must. Reliable Non-Public Transportation and a valid driver's license is also required. Skills Proven working experience as a Janitor or Custodian in a commercial setting Ability to learn to use a walk behind or ride on scrubber Understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Integrity and ability to work independently
