Job Description

We provide rewarding and purposeful work. Why This Role MattersThe Janitor plays a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment for our staff, clients, and visitors. Your work ensures that our facilities remain welcoming, hygienic, and well-maintained.
What You Will Do Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, and polish floors using manual and powered equipment.
Dust and clean furniture, equipment, fixtures, and metalwork.
Clean windows, walls, ceilings, woodwork, and door panels.
Maintain restrooms, showers, and washrooms; replenish supplies.
Collect and dispose of trash, waste, and recyclables.
Vacuum rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.
Follow safety guidelines and use cleaning equipment correctly.
Work collaboratively with team members to produce high-quality results.
What You Bring
Education & Experience High school diploma/GED or at least six months of custodial experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain facility access credentials and/or pass background checks as required. Must have a valid Real ID for access to the work site. Skills & Abilities Ability to follow detailed oral instructions and perform tasks efficiently.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Respectful and effective interaction with co-workers, including individuals with disabilities.
