Job Description

Join Our Team as a Community-Focused Full-Time Porter in Portsmouth, VA! Are you a hardworking, pride-driven individual who finds satisfaction in making a community shine? Richman Property Services, Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic, full-time Porter to help us maintain a welcoming, well-kept home for our residents. If you take ownership of your work and love seeing the results of your efforts, we want you on our team!

Portsmouth, VA Hours:
Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00

What You'll Do:
Keep property grounds, common areas, amenities, and buildings clean, safe, and inviting every single day Be the eyes and ears of the community — promptly reporting any unusual circumstances or resident concerns Represent Richman with a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times Uphold safety standards and proactively communicate any issues to management Deliver exceptional, friendly customer service that makes residents feel valued Follow company policies and actively seek opportunities to learn and grow
What You'll Bring:
Education:
High school diploma or GED required
Experience:
1-3 months of related experience preferred Familiarity with cleaning compounds and pressure washing is a plus Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision
Skills & Certifications:
Valid Driver's License required
