Responsibilities:
The Porter reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property. Maintain cleanliness of the common areas, hallways, and restrooms Clean and pick up grounds and breezeways; including trash collection Assist with furniture placement in the common areas and individual units Remove snow and spread salt in inclement weather Assist with pool maintenance as directed by supervisor Assist with light maintenance as directed by supervisor
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Strong customer service skills Ability to follow instructions efficiently
