Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Professional Home Cleaner working as an independent contractor (1099)! In this energetic role, you will provide top-quality cleaning services to residential clients, ensuring their homes are spotless, sanitized, and welcoming. This opportunity is ideal for self-employed (1099), independent cleaners, or cleaning firms who have a passion for cleaning and take great pride in delivering quality results. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization across various areas of clients' homes Handle specialized cleaning such as carpet cleaning, floor care, laundry, and upholstery refreshment to meet client needs Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting kitchens, bathrooms, and other high-touch surfaces Manage household chores like organizing clutter, tidying up living spaces, and performing light cooking or meal prep if requested Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their preferences and feedback Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled appointments while ensuring quality service Complete before and after clean walk through with clients, ensure outcomes meet and exceed client expectations. Use janitorial and custodial equipment properly to ensure safety and efficiency during cleaning procedures Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment for clients Qualifications At least 2 years of Prior experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services ; hotel housekeeping or custodial experience. Experience with move-in/move-out or deep cleaning is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with clients and the ability to problem solve any challenges that may arise on the job. Ability to pass a background check Must be authorized to work in the United States Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required A positive attitude and honesty in all interactions Ability to work independently or team assignment and manage time effectively Perform home and office cleaning based on client requirements. Maintain own schedule and set availability Must carry active home cleaning general liability (GL) insurance or willing to obtain prior to starting.
