Description:

General Cleaner (Custodian) shall be responsible for all of the below activities of janitorial operations within the assigned portfolio and at the direction of the Area Manager. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

o Responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness. o Execute daily tasks to ensure they are completed well and on time. o Assist manager in organizing planning and implementing strategy. o Ensure that the company guidelines are followed. o Be available to communicate to client, management and staff. o Be knowledgeable on company rules and regulations. o Communicate feedback and needs are requested by client and management. o Report to work on time for each shift. o Maintain a positive attitude towards others.

Additional Requirements:

o Prompt response times and sense of urgency with TWC and client at all times. o Ownership of customer communication when necessary and/or appropriate. o Reporting any high-level comments, questions or concerns to Supervisor. o Must be US Citizen o Adhere to TWC Code of Ethics and Conduct. o Adhere to applicable company requirements and regulations. o Must maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all times. o Must be able to lift 50lbs and follow all safety procedures. o Must maintain TS/SCI clearance o Must follow all security procedures of site at all times o Must have reliable transportation and be willing to cover 2 locations within business park

$25.00 per hour
