Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner/Janitorial Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and sanitation across various facilities by performing a wide range of cleaning tasks. Duties Position is Monday-Friday, 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm., 20 hours weekly Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas. Handle chemical agents safely while applying cleaning solutions, disinfectants, and sanitation products in accordance with safety protocols Maintain cleanliness of all office, breakrooms and restroom facilities. Follow all safety procedures during cleaning activities to prevent accidents or chemical Requirements Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and safety protocol adherence Ability to handle chemical agents safely and operate cleaning equipment effectively Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with clients or building occupants.
