This is a hands-on industrial role involving cleaning, facility maintenance, grounds upkeep, and working around manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities:

Pick up and dispose of trash, recycling, machining chips, and facility debris Operate recycling equipment such as cardboard and wood balers/crushers Sweep and scrub manufacturing areas and maintain clean, safe workspaces Maintain parking lots, smoking areas, flower beds, and surrounding grounds Clean rooftop drains and remove debris as needed Perform preventative maintenance and general facility upkeep Assist with minor electrical, plumbing, lighting, and facility repairs Safely operate a forklift Use scissor lifts or boom lifts when needed Assist with building security procedures

Requirements:

Previous forklift operating experience is required Industrial custodial, facilities, or maintenance experience preferred Manufacturing or industrial environment experience strongly preferred Experience using hand tools required Basic electrical, plumbing, or general maintenance experience is a plus Scissor lift/lift equipment experience preferred Lockout/Tagout knowledge preferred Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, and at heights Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30

PM Pay:
