need to hire a timely, DEPENDABLE person for location off of Richmond Rd & Monticello Ave doing nightly custodial work. Looking for serious individuals that take pride in their work and who can pass a background check.

NEED VALID DRIVERS LICENSE/ MUST HAVE YOUR OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION & NO FELONY RECORDS & MUST HAVE JANITORIAL EXPERIENCE. WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN THIS AREA AND WHO WANT IMMEDIATE HIRE.

Schedule:

Monday thru Saturday Evening 6:00- approx. 9:45 pm (1-1.5hrs per location) / flexible Duties/Responsibilities Attention to detail and dependability a must!!! Maintains and cleans all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming nightly Collects and disposes of paper and trash. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and other objects Cleans, disinfects, monitors and maintains restrooms, offices, teller area, customer waiting area spray & wipe chairs arms, clean break rooms, exterior and interior entrance areas. Wipe & sanitize ATM's exterior and drive thru area. Pick up any trash you may see in front entrance and drive thru Empties trash receptacles for proper disposal; use of compactor for certain materials Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using appropriate cleaners and equipment Wipe down all touchable surfaces and spray mist/ wipe customer counters & protective guarding with disinfectant solution. Replenishes paper products and sanitary supplies and clean/mop restrooms. High, low dusting throughout facility. Follows housekeeping schedule outlined by the immediate supervisor. Other duties may be assigned, as required by scope of work or customer needs.
