Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Position Overview Blue Ridge Command Commercial Cleaning is hiring two to three experienced commercial cleaners to form a dedicated team responsible for maintaining two large commercial facilities. Both locations are flex-space facilities containing a combination of professional office areas and active warehouse space. The selected team will work together Monday through Friday to provide consistent cleaning coverage across both properties. This is a regular recurring assignment, not an on-call or temporary position. We are seeking dependable cleaners who are comfortable working as part of a team, following a structured scope of work, and maintaining large facilities to a professional standard. Primary Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain office and warehouse areas at two commercial facilities.
- Dust mop, sweep, vacuum, and wet mop assigned floor areas.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Empty trash and recycling and replace liners.
- Clean entrances, interior glass, doors, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces.
- Maintain offices, conference rooms, hallways, employee areas, and reception spaces.
- Provide continuous cleaning coverage throughout warehouse areas based on traffic and facility conditions.
- Use commercial cleaning equipment safely and correctly.
- Restock restroom and facility supplies when required.
- Follow site-specific security, safety, and access procedures.
- Communicate supply shortages, maintenance concerns, damage, and unusual conditions to management.
- Work cooperatively with the assigned cleaning team to complete daily responsibilities efficiently. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of commercial cleaning or janitorial experience.
- Experience cleaning large offices, warehouses, industrial facilities, schools, medical facilities, or similar commercial properties.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Reliable transportation to travel between assigned work locations.
- Available to work Monday through Friday.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to follow written scopes of work, checklists, and supervisor instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform repetitive physical cleaning tasks.
- Professional appearance and communication with customers and coworkers. Preferred Experience
- Experience cleaning mixed office and warehouse environments.
- Experience operating commercial vacuums, auto scrubbers, buffers, or other commercial floor equipment.
- Knowledge of proper chemical use, restroom sanitation, floor care, and cross-contamination prevention.
- Previous experience working on a team assigned to a large commercial account. Schedule
- Monday through Friday.
- Team members will be assigned regular shifts covering two commercial facilities.
- Exact shift times and daily assignments will be determined based on operational needs.
