Job Description

Perform the general maintenance of building and grounds to include, but not be limited to: Vacuuming; mopping; dusting; trash removal; cleaning restrooms, shower rooms, and water fountains; and other seasonal duties (such as mowing, weed eating, weeding, mulching, raking, and snow removal).

Assist with functions held at the school and assist in the setup and clean up of tables, chairs and other needed furniture or equipment.

Notifies school officials concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.

Other duties related to school and grounds maintenance as determined by the site supervisor (principal).
