Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Green Street School, nestled near the heart of downtown Brattleboro is seeking a Night Custodian. The position offers the successful candidate the opportunity to be an integral part of a welcoming and collaborative school community that puts students at the center of their work. We believe a clean, organized and safe building is integral to student success.
This position would start as soon as possible, and be a permanent position. Hours of the role are daily from 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM during the school year, and daytime hours during the summer, with the vast majority of the daily tasks being nightly cleaning of the school. The successful candidate will have a proven history of an ability to work independently, take care and pride in their work, be physically able to be on their feet for a full shift, and a close attention to detail in maintaining a clean and functional work space. This position will work closely with the school facility manager and school principal. No explicit cleaning experience is required.
