Job Description

Evening Commercial Cleaner & Supervisor- Part-Time Join Our Team! We're looking for a dependable, motivated Commercial Cleaner & Supervisor to help lead our evening cleaning team throughout Chittenden County . This is a role for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys working independently or with a group, and can effectively lead by example. As a Supervisor, you'll be responsible for making sure quality cleaning standards are met, supporting and training team members, conducting quality inspections, communicating with management, and assisting with commercial cleaning duties. Work Schedule Sunday-Thursday Approximately 40 hours per week
Monday-Thursday:
6:00 PM - 12:00 AM (approximately)
Sunday:
10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Start times may be slightly flexible. Primary Responsibilities Support evening commercial cleaning staff. Perform quality control inspections to ensure company standards are met. Train and coach new employees on proper cleaning techniques and procedures. Assist with cleaning responsibilities as needed both with a team and independently. Vacuum, sweep, mop, and maintain carpet and hard floor surfaces. Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas. Empty trash and recycling containers. Maintain janitorial equipment and keep supply areas organized. Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs. Report building maintenance issues, safety concerns, or customer requests to management. Help maintain positive relationships with clients through consistent, high-quality service. Qualifications Previous commercial cleaning experience required. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Comfortable performing physical cleaning tasks throughout each shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safe work practices. What We Offer Consistent evening schedule.
