Job Description The Environmental Services Tech I (EST I) helps maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the Swinomish Casino & Lodge. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, gaming areas, offices, hallways, restaurants, and other public spaces; vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying trash, and stocking supplies. EST I also maintain gaming equipment and surfaces, report maintenance needs, and assist with event setup and room arrangements as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Day or Swing Shift Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED and 6 months-1 year of related cleaning or environmental services experience. Class IV Swinomish Gaming Commission permit required upon employment.

Physical Demands:

This position requires extended periods of standing (up to 2 hours continuously) and extensive walking. Employees must regularly reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, and balance. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. unaided, up to 60 lbs. with assistance frequently, and up to 100 lbs. with assistance occasionally . The position may involve exposure to secondhand smoke, wet conditions, cleaning fumes, airborne particles, moving equipment, and moderate to loud noise.
