Day Porter (Janitorial)

Alliance Building Services, a full-service building maintenance company, is seeking a dedicated Day Porter for our Seattle/Bellevue locations. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional maintenance experiences for our customers and their facilities. As a Day Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our client's premises. This position is perfect for individuals with janitorial experience who can work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive indoor cleaning tasks Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms frequently Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors Dust and polish surfaces Empty trash receptacles Interact professionally with customers and other team members Qualifications Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds Ability to use a backpack vacuum for extended periods of time All offers of employment are contingent on passing a criminal background check Must be 18 years or older Compensation Pay ranges from $21.30 to $23.30 per hour, with bonus opportunities and overtime available.
