Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Cleaning Crew Member to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various property types, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for residents, clients, and staff. Your proactive approach and commitment to safety will help uphold our high standards of facility maintenance. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential, commercial, and industrial spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies Handle chemical agents safely following all chemical handling safety procedures and protocols Operate floor buffers and other custodial equipment to maintain floors in pristine condition Conduct sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health standards and safety regulations Assist with heavy lifting and manual handling tasks using proper safe lifting practices to prevent injury Maintain facilities by performing routine custodial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, mopping, and surface cleaning Support general maintenance activities including minor repairs and upkeep of cleaning tools and equipment Qualifications Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles, with knowledge of commercial or industrial cleaning practices Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and chemical sprayers Ability to handle chemical agents safely while adhering to safety protocol guidelines Strong manual handling skills with an emphasis on safe lifting practices for heavy objects Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with residents, clients, or staff when needed Prior experience in facilities maintenance or general custodial work is preferred Ability to work independently with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Cleaning Crew Member and be part of a team dedicated to creating clean, safe spaces that make a positive impact every day!
