Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Join the Township Building Services Team! Township Building Services is currently hiring Day and Night Janitorial Cleaners to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at one of the area's premier shopping destinations. Position Day & Night Janitorial Cleaner (Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available) Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Clean and maintain common areas, restrooms, entrances, and other assigned spaces. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces. Operate floor care equipment, including auto scrubbers, burnishers, and other cleaning machinery (training provided if needed). Empty trash and replace liners. Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors. Follow all safety procedures and company standards. Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and ready for visitors and staff.
Qualifications:
Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required. Experience operating floor care equipment is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, dependable, and punctual. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift .
