Job Summary Join Clean Buildings as a Pressure Washing & Window Cleaning Technician. We are looking for dependable, experienced technicians to provide professional exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties throughout the Puget Sound area. This is a physically demanding, outdoor position involving pressure washing, window cleaning, ladders, cleaning chemicals, and commercial equipment. Prior professional pressure washing and/or window cleaning experience is required. Responsibilities Perform professional pressure washing, soft washing, and window cleaning services Operate commercial pressure washers, surface cleaners, water-fed poles, and window-cleaning equipment Safely set up, use, move, and take down ladders up to 32 feet Safely use fall-protection equipment when required Safely drive and maneuver a 17' commercial box truck Properly handle professional cleaning chemicals and required PPE Load, unload, set up, break down, and maintain equipment Take before-and-after photos and document completed work Protect customer property and maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, and team members Follow company procedures and safety requirements at all times Requirements Professional pressure washing and/or window cleaning experience required Must have experience safely setting up, using, moving, and taking down extension ladders up to 32 feet Must be able to safely drive and maneuver a 17' commercial box truck Must be able to speak, read, and understand English Must have a smartphone with a working camera and mobile data Must consistently arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled start time, prepared and ready to begin work on time Valid driver's license and clean driving record Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and elevated surfaces Able to safely lift and carry 50-75 lbs Comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the workday Comfortable working outdoors in rain, heat, cold, and changing weather conditions Comfortable handling professional cleaning chemicals and wearing required PPE Reliable, punctual, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions Available for a variable schedule that may include days, nights, early mornings, and weekends Professional appearance and strong customer-service skills We are looking for experienced, hardworking, and dependable technicians who take pride in quality workmanship, prioritize safety, show up prepared and on time, and professionally represent Clean Buildings on every job site.
Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
