In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining spotless, streak-free windows that enhance the appearance and value of commercial and residential properties. Your attention to detail, safety awareness, and proactive attitude will ensure every window gleams with perfection. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to work outdoors, stay active, and make a visible impact every day. Responsibilities Clean windows on residential houses (up to 2 stories) using appropriate tools, including squeegees, scrubbers, extension poles, and ladders. Inspect windows for damage or issues that require maintenance or repair and report findings promptly Follow safety protocols rigorously to prevent accidents while working at heights or in challenging environments Use environmentally friendly cleaning solutions to achieve streak-free results while protecting the surroundings Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment after each shift to ensure longevity and safety Collaborate with team members to complete daily schedules efficiently and meet client expectations Experience Prior experience in window cleaning or a similar outdoor maintenance role is preferred but not required; training will be provided for eager learners Ability to work at heights using ladders safely and confidently Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, stretch, lift, and maneuver for extended periods Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results in every job Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients effectively Join us in delivering sparkling results that brighten our clients' spaces!
