What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Perform residential and light commercial cleaning to a high standard (dusting, sanitizing, floor care, window/glass cleaning, detail work) Follow cleaning checklists and product guidelines with minimal oversight Manage your own time efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled windows Communicate professionally with clients and report back on job completion, issues, or client requests Eventually run solo routes, working independently once fully trained
