A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Tuesday, Friday Sunday, after 6pm and after 9pm, 13 hours per week, multiple locations personal transportation required. Paid training for all new hires. Experience not required. We are a locally owned, green janitorial company with lots of available positions. Currently we are looking for hardworking individuals to join our team. Need extra money this is the perfect part-time job or second job. Schedules are consistent and permanent, not seasonal. If you are responsible, self-motivated and take pride in your work we want YOU!Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Skills:
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Knowledge of custodial practices and facilities maintenance
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
