Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented FT Night Janitor to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is essential in ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of our commercial or industrial premises 8hours a day, 5 days a week (FT). The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and custodial services, with a focus on maintaining a high standard of hygiene and facility appearance. This position is M-F in Olympia, WA. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment. Handle custodial responsibilities including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and restocking supplies. Utilize industrial cleaning tools and techniques for deep cleaning and maintenance tasks. Ensure all cleaning procedures comply with safety standards and company policies. Maintain detailed logs of completed tasks and report any issues or damages to management promptly. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Proven experience in janitorial or custodial services, including commercial or industrial cleaning. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and safety standards. Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, lift heavy objects when necessary, and stand for extended periods. Prior experience in commercial or residential floor care duties is advantageous but not required. This role is vital in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all building occupants while offering consistent employment during overnight hours.
