Job Description

  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within our facilities. The Janitor will perform various custodial duties to ensure a clean and safe environment for all occupants.
  • Duties:
  • Perform commercial cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Conduct floor care duties such as vacuuming, mopping, buffing, and maintaining floor surfaces.
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with proper procedures.
  • Restock supplies in restrooms and other designated areas as needed.
  • Follow safety protocols and utilize cleaning chemicals in a safe and effective manner.
  • Assist with facilities maintenance tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred.
  • Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks related to facilities upkeep.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions thoroughly.
  • Good physical stamina and capability to lift heavy objects if necessary.
  • Excellent time management skills and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
