Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Residential/Commercial Cleaner, where your energy and attention to detail will transform spaces into spotless, welcoming environments. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across residential homes and commercial properties. Your proactive approach and dedication will ensure every client's space is hygienic, organized, and inviting. Whether performing routine cleaning or specialized tasks, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service that exceeds expectations. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surface sanitization. Maintain cleanliness of floors through carpet cleaning, floor care, and buffing to ensure a polished appearance. Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas regularly. Manage janitorial tasks including trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment. Support housekeeping management by following established protocols for cleaning schedules and safety procedures. Be capable of managing time well. Qualifications Previous custodial or janitorial experience in residential or commercial settings is preferred but not required, on job training available. Familiarity with cleaning techniques such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation practices. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely.
