Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Key Holder. Responsible for locking and securing the building.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
  • Dust and wipe down surfaces
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
  • Refill soap, paper towel, and toilet paper dispensers
  • Clean windows and glass surfaces
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and fixing minor repairs
  • Follow established safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals properly
Skills:
  • Experience in industrial or commercial cleaning preferred
  • Knowledge of facilities maintenance and basic repair tasks
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and carpet cleaners
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
  • Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, supervisors and the public
