This role is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness, organization, and curb appeal of the property. The Porter supports daily waste management operations and general upkeep of shared spaces, helping ensure a clean and well-maintained environment for residents and property staff. This is an on-site, property-based position that requires consistency, reliability, and the ability to work independently while representing Copia Resources in a professional manner. Duties Sort trash, recycling, and compost into designated waste streams Manage and move waste bins as needed throughout the property Maintain cleanliness of waste areas and surrounding spaces Perform general cleaning of common areas Support overall property curb appeal through routine upkeep Identify and report contamination, bulk items, or safety concerns Follow site-specific service expectations and direction from supervisors Communicate updates, issues, and completed work as needed Requirements Ability to work Monday - Friday's from 7:00am - 3:30pm Ability to lift 50-75+ lbs repeatedly Ability to push and pull wheeled bins Comfortable walking multiple floors Ability to work independently Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to communicate via text, email, and photo messaging Professional demeanor while on client property Janitorial or porter experience a plus, not required

Pay:

$21.75 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
