A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description

Join the Sparkling Sensation, Inc. team to provide professional janitorial services at various office buildings throughout the Tri-Cities.

Responsibilities include:

Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, wiping down surfaces, and trash removal.

Primary Shift Availability:

7:30 AM

3:30 PM (Monday-Friday) 3:30 PM
12:00 AM (Monday-Friday) 6:00 PM
10:00 PM (Monday-Friday)

Pay:

Starting at $19.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Employment Requirements:

Be able to pass BOTH a background check and drug test. Must provide 3 professional references that can be verified.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to work at multiple locations throughout the Tri-Cities. Availability to work one of the listed shifts. Valid email address, cell phone, and internet access. No prior felonies.

Desired Qualifications:

Hard-working, dependable, and self-motivated with a strong focus on quality and efficiency. Flexible with work assignments and job locations. Willing to be on-call when needed. Available to work weekends as needed.
