The ideal candidate will be responsible for readying trash bins for pickup, maintaining the grounds, exteriors, parking lots, and other duties as requested within various multi-family residential apartment buildings in Seattle. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrates teamwork, excellent customer service, and the ability to multi-task. A valid Driver's License and vehicle Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance throughout the workday. Successfully complete a background check and be authorized to work in the United States. Ability to perform tasks independently without outside assistance. Attendance is critical, as many tasks are time-sensitive. Exposure to dust, fumes, solvents, varying light conditions, noise, and inclement weather may occur. Must be able to lift, carry, and position objects weighing up to 15 pounds consistently, and 50-100 pounds occasionally (with assistance) Regular duties include standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and using ladders. Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, and parking areas. Prepare trash bins for scheduled pickups and remove trash from community grounds as needed. Assist the Maintenance team with various tasks, including unit preparation for leasing and general maintenance duties. Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisors and Property Managers to address maintenance issues in a timely manner. Participate in snow removal efforts when applicable. Report maintenance issues related to available apartments, models, clubhouse, and common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor. Assist the management team with various tasks and special projects as required. Respond promptly to unsafe conditions and take corrective action as needed. Comply with all safety regulations and standards at the company, local, state, and federal levels. Immediately report any unsafe conditions to management.
