If you're someone who is dependable, goal-oriented, and ready to grow with a company from the ground up, we want to hear from you. ☆ What You'll Be Doing Residential and commercial cleaning services Following detailed cleaning checklists and standards Communicating clearly with management and clients Ensuring each job is completed thoroughly and on time Representing the company professionally in client spaces ☆ Who We're Looking For We are specifically seeking individuals who: Are dependable and take personal responsibility seriously Have a strong work ethic and don't need to be micromanaged Are goal-driven and interested in long-term growth Take pride in their appearance and presentation Are positive, respectful, and client-focused Applicants must have flexible availability to work from Port Townsend to Port Angeles and beyond - Transportation to job sites may or may not be provided ☆ Job Expectations (Please Read Carefully) To maintain a high standard for our clients, all team members must: Maintain professional communication at all times (no personal matters discussed in client homes/businesses) Arrive clean, well-groomed, and presentable (hair neat, clothing clean) Be smoke-free during work hours and arrive without strong odors Check in and out of each job via text as required Complete jobs efficiently and within expected timeframes Collaborate effectively as a team—ensuring a fair division of tasks and supporting one another to complete jobs efficiently and equitably Maintain a positive attitude—no complaining about assigned duties Greet clients politely and create a welcoming, professional experience ☆ Why Join Us?
