Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Gutter and Roof Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial and residential settings. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks, ensuring that all areas are spotless and well-maintained. The Cleaner will work independently or as part of a team to provide exceptional custodial services. Duties Perform thorough Gutter and Roof cleaning. Utilize commercial cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Operate large Ladders or lifts safely for cleaning tasks in elevated areas as required. Work on roof and around buildings safely with certified safety equipment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistency in service delivery. Qualifications Previous experience in commercial and residential gutter and roof cleaning or work in roofing or construction. Must have valid Drivers License and working vehicle. Familiarity with the operation of cleaning equipment, including scissor lifts, large ladders is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
