• Job Summary:

• The Janitor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for all staff and visitors.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, and common areas on a regular basis.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; clean carpets and other floor types as needed.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs and minor repairs.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to management.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment properly.

• Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus but not necessary.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.

• Working Conditions:

• May require lifting and moving heavy objects.
• Will involve standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
