A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

About 4pm-1am Monday-Friday+~40

Hours/Week Requirements:

Employees must use company app. You must be 18 years old. For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English. A pre-employment criminal background check is required. Able to lift up to 30lbs. Employees must wear non-slip shoes during working hours. Drug testing required Driver's license/DMV review required Live scan fingerprinting required Spanish speaking preferred

Job Duties:

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, youll be: Supporting/communicating with cleaning employees Travelling account to account Maintaining client relationships Ordering supplies/materials for accounts Reviewing/approving timekeeping Cleaning restrooms Taking out the trash Sanitizing Mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming.
