In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our clients' homes, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Schedule:

Weekends Are A MUST!! 10AM-4PM & Some Weekdays Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning to maintain high standards of hygiene and appearance. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures across all areas of the residence, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively to ensure optimal results while adhering to safety guidelines. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care. Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, carpet cleaning, and polishing to keep floors spotless and well-maintained. Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or appliances with proper technique to prevent injury. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs, provide updates on work completed, and ensure satisfaction with services rendered. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Demonstrated ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and safety protocols consistently. Experience with outdoor work or outdoor cleaning tasks is a plus. Strong time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
