Job Description
South Sound Janitorial, LLC is a growing commercial cleaning company serving Pierce, Thurston, and King Counties. Our mission is to deliver the most detailed, reliable cleaning service possible — starting with the people we hire. We are currently contracted with a Residential Treatment Facility (RTC) requiring janitorial staff onsite 7 days a week, 365 days a year — including all holidays. An RTC provides therapy for mental health and behavioral recovery, so this is a unique setting that requires reliable, adaptable, and respectful individuals who take pride in their work. Duties (include but not limited to): Dusting, sanitizing, restroom cleaning Trash & recycling removal Sweeping & mopping Deep cleaning empty rooms Window/glass cleaning Following easy-to-use cleaning checklists Equipment & supplies are provided for all shifts. Pay & Benefits $21-$25 per hour (based on role: Regular vs. Supervisor) Growth potential within the company Paid vacation after 1 year Schedule Full-Time (35 - 40hrs/week) 10 am - 7 pm, 5 days per week (must include weekends) Requirements 21 years of age or older Working cell phone (for scheduling/time tracking app) Consistent weekend & holiday availability Willingness to undergo a background check (in compliance with state law & facility contract) No experience necessary — full training provided Why Join Us?
