Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Experienced Commercial Janitorial Cleaner, specializing in night and evening shifts within the Tacoma area! Your expertise will ensure that our clients' spaces are spotless, well-maintained, and professionally presented every day. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces including offices, restrooms, lobbies, hallways, and common areas during night and evening shifts Conduct floor care procedures such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness and shine Utilize industrial cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently to complete tasks swiftly and effectively Restock supplies like paper towels, soap dispensers, and trash bags to ensure continuous facility operation Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate personnel Maintain detailed logs of completed tasks and areas cleaned to ensure accountability and quality control Experience Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial cleaning environments Familiarity with floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and waxing floors Experience with industrial cleaning tools and equipment such as floor scrubbers and vacuums Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus Previous porter or facilities maintenance experience highly desirable Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in commercial cleaning while working in a supportive environment that values your dedication.
