Tacoma, WA Job Details Full-time $22 - $25 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Bilingual Spanish Floor care English Supervising experience Team training Cleaning equipment Clean workspace maintenance Full Job Description Job description We are looking for someone who is responsible, eager, detailed oriented and can problem solve. They will be responsible for maintaining the Client's site in overall directions, help site supervisor scheduling, and conduct evaluations of staff.

Site Supervisor:

is responsible for: Supervising and overseeing floors/common area, employees' task. Assist Site Supervisor on Shift START Create and fill out reports (leave requests, incident reports, accident reports, early outs) Conducts performance evaluations and participate with the disciplinary process. Training new employees Be able to communicates any issues/ problems/concerns to Site Supervisor and program manager. Keep sign in/out records of all supplies/equipment and radios provided from client. Assist Site supervisor on Daily tasks Policy and procedures knowledge. (preferred) Ability to read, understand and interpret Service Level Agreements (SLA). Manage workflow for each team member. Complete other duties within the job scope.

Qualifications:

Experience in general janitorial/disinfecting services 1-3 years' experience Knowledge of using cleaning solutions, safety procedures. Must be able to operate janitorial equipment to train new employees. Floor care experience (preferred). 1-3 years of experience Supervising janitorial employees (Preferred).
