Key Responsibilities

• Clean floors, windows, locker rooms, restrooms, fitness areas, steam rooms, saunas, and common areas
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces and restock soap, paper products, and sanitizers
• Empty trash and recycling; replace liners; maintain odor control standards
• Launder, fold, and restock towels; keep towel rooms organized and inventory aware
• Wash and stage golf carts; maintain cleanliness standards for member-facing areas
• Report safety issues, supply shortages, and maintenance needs promptly Standards & Expectations
• Follow established schedules, sanitation guidelines, and safety procedures
• Use chemicals and equipment safely and according to label/SDS instructions
• Work effectively in public areas with a professional, member-friendly approach
• Support events, seasonal needs, and shifting priorities with flexibility Schedule
• Full-time, 8-hour shifts; 1pm - 930pm. Sat - Wed. Compensation & Benefits
• 401(k) retirement plan (after one year)

Paid Time Off:

one week after one year; two weeks after two years

• Prior janitorial experience preferred, but not required Physical Requirements
• Standing/walking for extended periods; bending, reaching, and repetitive motion
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds; safe handling of equipment and chemicals
• Work may occur in wet, humid, or outdoor environments
