Overview Join our dynamic team as a Residential Cleaner and bring sparkle and freshness to homes in your community! As a Residential Cleaner, you'll be the key to transforming cluttered or dirty spaces into pristine environments, all while enjoying a supportive and rewarding work environment. Your attention to detail and positive attitude will help ensure every home you service exceeds expectations. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated rooms Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and clean windows to maintain high standards of cleanliness Sanitize surfaces, fixtures, appliances, and high-touch areas to promote hygiene and safety Organize cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently for each job to maximize productivity Communicate with homeowners or tenants to understand specific cleaning needs or special requests Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment Complete cleaning checklists and report any maintenance issues or damages observed during service Requirements Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods during cleaning tasks Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality results Excellent time management skills to complete assigned jobs efficiently Reliable transportation to travel between residential locations (if applicable) Prior experience in residential cleaning or related roles is a plus but not mandatory—training will be provided Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining professionalism Good communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members Join us in creating spotless homes that bring joy and comfort!
