Job Title:

Janitorial Cleaner - Technician (Night Shift, Full-Time) Maug Cleaning, Inc. is hiring a dependable Janitorial Cleaner for an established commercial cleaning route in the Alma, Wisconsin area. This is a consistent Monday through Friday position cleaning three commercial facilities. The schedule includes evening and night hours, with approximately 38.25 hours per week. Employees will work independently and travel between assigned buildings throughout the shift. This position requires a high level of dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently without direct supervision.

Pay & Schedule:

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain three assigned commercial facilities Perform routine janitorial tasks including trash removal, floor care, surface cleaning, and restroom sanitation Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors Dust and wipe surfaces Follow all location-specific cleaning, safety, security, and PPE requirements Complete assigned tasks thoroughly and within scheduled timeframes Maintain Maug Cleaning's cleanliness and sanitation standards Travel between assigned commercial facilities during the shift Maintain a professional and respectful presence while working at client facilities What to

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Proof of auto insurance Ability to pass the required extensive State of Wisconsin law enforcement background check for access to a secure government facility Must comply with all required PPE requirements, including eye protection, ear plugs, hard hat, and steel-toe shoes Dependable with excellent attendance Strong attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism Ability to work independently and stay on task Ability to complete assigned cleaning within scheduled timeframes Comfortable working evening and late-night hours Comfortable traveling between three assigned commercial facilities Seeking dependable, long-term employment (1+ year)
