A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Day Time Office cleaning

Status:

Part Time Hours:

M-F First Shift, 20 - 30 hours per week.

Location:

Appleton, WI Pay Rate:

$17.00+ based on experience Pfefferle Companies, Inc., is Northeast Wisconsin's largest, full-service property management company. Pfefferle's services include everything from lease administration and bookkeeping, to landscaping and janitorial crews. We are looking to fill part-time 1st shift office and apartment cleaning positions. Background checks are required for these positions.

Responsibilities:

Collection and disposal of garbage and recycling Vacuuming of carpets Sweep and mop hard floors Clean bathrooms Dusting and cleaning of work surfaces Window washing Maintaining security of the property Clean kitchens, including appliances and cabinets. Clean light fixtures and ceiling fans Clean laundry areas including appliances Clean patio areas and balconies.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Must have own transportation Must be able to pass a federal background check.
