Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description

The Barron Area School District is hiring one, evening custodian for the 2:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. shift. Hours and responsibilities may change depending on District needs. Full benefits are included. Our district offers a highly competitive benefit package; including $150 per month family premiums, the potential to not pay any deductible by providing many options for free care with the area's best providers, and convenient access to our FREE near-site clinic. Dental and vision insurance is also available. Individuals must have the ability to safely lift objects weighing 50 lbs. on a regular basis without assistance. Candidates must also hold a Valid Wisconsin Drivers License. Applicant must possess a positive attitude, enjoy being in the presence of all children including those who have disabilities.
