Janitorial Cleaner - Lead Technician & Technician (Night Shift, Part-Time) Maug Cleaning, Inc. is hiring both a Lead Janitorial Cleaner and Janitorial Cleaner - Technician for a part-time night shift position in Chippewa Falls, WI. This is a consistent, team-based position working alongside one other employee on an established commercial cleaning route. The current route consists of 2 buildings located in Chippewa Falls, with the potential for an additional building to be added on Thursdays. This position is ideal for someone who prefers structure, routine, and a steady evening work environment.

Lead Technician:

$17.00/hour

Technician:

$16.00/hour

Monday & Wednesday:

5:00 PM - 8:30

PM Tuesday & Friday:

5:00 PM - 9:30

PM Thursday:

Currently open, with the potential to add up to 5 hours 16 guaranteed hours per week Potential for up to 21 hours per week

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain office and commercial spaces Perform routine janitorial tasks including trash removal, floor care, surface cleaning, and restroom sanitation Travel between assigned buildings on the route Work as part of a 2-person cleaning team Maintain Maug Cleaning's cleanliness and sanitation standards

Lead Technician:

Help oversee the route, ensure the scope of work is completed, and provide direction to the technician as needed What to
