Coleman, WI (on-site client account) Position Overview Tidy Team LLC is currently hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to service a dedicated client location in Coleman, WI on a consistent weekly schedule. This position is ideal for someone looking for steady, predictable hours at one set location rather than variable daily routes. Schedule Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM (Approx. 11 hours per week) Key Responsibilities General Cleaning Duties Perform detailed residential/commercial cleaning at a single assigned location Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces Clean windows, doors, mirrors, and fixtures Maintain a consistent, high-quality cleaning standard each visit Supplies & Equipment Safely use cleaning products and equipment provided Report supply needs or equipment issues to management Professionalism & Reporting Maintain a professional presence at all times on-site Communicate any concerns, damages, or maintenance issues Follow all client-specific instructions and cleaning expectations Qualifications (Required) Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks (standing, bending, repetitive movement) Preferred Skills Strong attention to detail Dependability and punctuality Ability to work independently Positive attitude and professional communication Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required (training provided) Benefits Consistent weekly schedule (same days/hours) Competitive hourly pay Paid training Opportunity for additional hours as the company continues to grow or as the cleaner chooses to take on additional accounts How to Apply Interested applicants should send: Resume Brief cover letter 3 professional references (name, relationship, phone number) Email applications to: opsmgr@tidyteamcleaners.com We look forward to welcoming a new member to the Tidy Team LLC team!
