A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job description Job description (Español Abajo) •$400 Retention Bonus after 6 months•Kleen-Tech is looking for several reliable and experienced applicants for one of our major job sites in the East Troy, WI area. The goal is to keep the job site in a clean and orderly condition while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. We are looking to fill several part-time, evening positions with the following schedule: Mon-Fri 5pm - 8pm $17.00/ hour Must be willing to undergo a Background Screening Responsibilities Floor scrubber machine Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Stock and maintain supply rooms Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Skills Proven working experience as a cleaner Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Integrity Once we receive your application, a representative from our office may contact you regarding the next step.
