Lead Residential Cleaner Pay:

Starting at $18-$20/hr (based on experience and leadership ability)

Day shift only (8am-4pm, Mon-Fri) No nights. No weekends. Ever. We're Hiring a Lead Cleaner! MG Cleaning Services is growing, and we're looking for someone who can help us take the next step. This role is perfect for someone who loves cleaning but is also ready to take on more responsibility and leadership. You'll still be cleaning homes, but you'll also help keep our team organized, trained, and set up for success each day. As we grow, this person will become the go-to leader in the field. This isn't just another cleaning position. We're looking for someone who wants to become a key part of our company and help lead our team as we grow.

Takes pride in doing things right, not rushed Shows up, follows through, and doesn't need constant supervision Naturally notices problems and solves them Enjoys helping and teaching others Wants to grow with a small business Can lead by example What You'll Be Doing Cleaning Responsibilities Residential cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing) Creating a clean, calm space for our clients Managing your time and staying on schedule Maintaining MG Cleaning's quality standards Leadership Responsibilities Help train and onboard new cleaners Meet new team members at jobs when needed to get them started Answer basic questions and provide support in the field Restock and organize cleaning supplies and equipment Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs Perform occasional quality checks Help maintain consistency and high standards across all cleans Communicate employee concerns, schedule issues, or team needs to management Be a positive example for the team What We Offer $18-$20/hour starting pay Potential for future leadership growth as the company expands No nights.
