Position Overview:

Maug Cleaning, Inc. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team at a client facility in Eleva, WI. This position is located in an educational setting and involves working closely with others to ensure all areas are cleaned to a high standard. This is a year-round role, but the location transitions to Eau Claire, WI during the summer months when the Eleva facility is not in use.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed cleaning of classrooms, restrooms, offices, hallways, and other shared spaces Follow daily task lists and cleaning protocols Work effectively as part of a team to meet shift goals Communicate clearly and respectfully with teammates Maintain professional standards of cleanliness and safety Use proper cleaning equipment and chemicals as trained Stay on schedule and manage time efficiently

Qualifications:

Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required Ability to work consistently on your feet and lift up to 30 lbs Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a criminal background check

How far are you willing to commute? This position requires a 11:00 a.m. start time and end time of 3:00 p.m. The starting wage is $17.00 per hour. During the summer months, this position is not available; however, work may be available in the Eau Claire area. Are you comfortable with this arrangement?
