Become a Site Supervisor (manage buildings + train new hires) Take on additional buildings for more hours Move into leadership roles over time What You'll Do Clean offices, classrooms, and common areas Vacuum, mop, and maintain floors Sanitize restrooms and kitchen areas Empty trash, restock supplies, and report any issues Follow a clear schedule and complete tasks independently What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Reliable transportation Comfortable with physical work Able to work independently in a large space Cleaning experience required
