What You'll Be Doing Perform exterior cleaning services: House washing (soft washing) Concrete cleaning (driveways, sidewalks, patios) Deck cleaning Gutter cleaning Interior & exterior window cleaning Work on both residential and commercial properties Operate and manage your own company truck and equipment Set up and break down equipment at each job site Follow job schedules and travel between locations (20-40 minutes between jobs) Communicate with customers on-site in a professional, friendly manner Use company apps/software for scheduling, notes, and job tracking Follow checklists and complete work orders thoroughly Take before/after photos of completed work Keep truck and equipment clean, organized, and maintained Work Schedule Monday - Friday (most weeks) Occasional Saturdays or Sundays Mostly daytime hours, with occasional night work Typical day: 7:30 AM - 5:00/5:30 PM Start and end each day at our shop in Evansville, WI Physical Requirements Work outdoors in all conditions (heat, wind, rain, cooler temps) Lift up to 100 lbs Lift and carry ladders overhead Climb ladders and work at multi-story heights Stay active throughout the day (this is a physically demanding role) What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Detail-oriented and forward-thinking Motivated to serve customers at a high level Comfortable working outdoors and at heights Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Requirements Valid driver's license Clean driving record Ability to pass background check and drug screening Pay & Perks Performance-based pay (earn more based on your productivity) Incentive programs and bonuses Commission opportunities (upsells, referrals, new work) Paid holidays Gym membership reimbursement Company-provided snacks and drinks Company outings and team events Paid training (shop + field training) Work with top-of-the-line equipment Seasonal Schedule Full-time during peak season ( April-November ) Winter work includes: Window cleaning Snow removal Holiday lighting Opportunity for downtime and flexibility in winter months Additional Opportunities Holiday light installation Gutter services in fall Snow removal in winter Why You'll Love This Job Get paid to work outside and stay active New locations and scenery every day (no boring routine) Fun, relaxed, team-oriented environment Opportunity to grow your income based on performance How to Apply (IMPORTANT) We only accept applicants who follow this step:
