A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

janitorial/cleaners for a family-owned company within educational, commercial, and industrial facilities in the Seymour, Freedom, and Hortonville, WI area starting at $17/hour! Freedom, WI Hortonville, WI Seymour, WI Job Duties:
Perform maintenance to floors including but not limited to: sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming Pull trash which can weigh 40 or more pounds Clean facility restrooms/locker rooms Fill all dispensers, soap, lotion, paper towel and toilet paper Clean and polish furniture and fixtures Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment Locks doors, turns out lights, and checks alarms where necessary at end of clean Produce quality work within pre-set time frames Use personal protective equipment correctly such as safety glasses and vinyl gloves Perform buffing, stripping, and waxing duties as needed Set up, arrange, and remove tables, chairs to prepare facilities for events such as banquets and meetings
Experience Required:
For certain positions, previous commercial lawn equipment and larger tractor experience required IND123
Pay:
$17.00 per hour
