Responsibilities Perform carpet cleaning using professional equipment such as extraction machines and carpet brushes to remove dirt, stains, and allergens. Use manual handling techniques to lift heavy equipment for thorough cleaning. Operate cleaning equipment efficiently while adhering to safety protocols to ensure optimal results without damage. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs, answering questions about cleaning processes, and ensuring satisfaction with the results. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly storing cleaning supplies and equipment after each cleaning. Skills Experience with carpet cleaning methods including steam cleaning and extraction processes. Knowledge of handling chemical agents safely and effectively during various cleaning procedures. Ability to perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting and moving furniture or equipment. Familiarity with cleaning equipment including floor buffers, scrubbers, vacuums, and carpet cleaners. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities.
